Ao Luboh changes with the tide
Piman Pu is a beachfront property at Ao Luboh on the northern, Koh Pu side of the island also known as Koh Jum. The beach is part of the appeal, but its tidal character matters. The official website describes water filling the bay at high tide for swimming. A beach directly outside the property does not therefore imply the same swimming conditions throughout the day.
There is also an 11-metre saltwater pool in the garden, according to the property. That gives the water setting two parts: the changing bay and a pool within the grounds. The listing does not establish that every villa booking receives exclusive use of the pool, so private accommodation and a private pool should not be treated as interchangeable phrases.
One, two or three bedrooms
The current official website lists one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom villa choices. The distinction is more important than the broad name Piman Pu Villa, particularly for families comparing the number of separate sleeping spaces. A larger villa and a smaller one are not simply different prices for the same arrangement.
Cooling needs a closer look in the three-bedroom configuration. Expedia's category name specifies two king beds with air conditioning and a double bed with a fan. A family account republished by Traveloka makes the same practical point: two of the three bedrooms had air conditioning, while the other used a fan. That is a room-specific detail that can affect who sleeps where.

The garden is part of the setting
The official description includes tropical planting, a pavilion by the beach and another beside the pool. The property photographs show a wooden bedroom with a mosquito net and a statue in the garden. These details point to an outdoor and garden-oriented stay rather than an accommodation block surrounded by urban streets.
Wildlife also belongs to the property's own description, which mentions monkeys and asks guests not to feed them. The family account likewise discusses bugs and monkeys while praising the natural surroundings. That does not establish a pest problem inside every villa; it does help explain the kind of environment the guest enjoyed.
A useful fit for a family who wants the layout
The family report praises the quiet location, garden and pool. Its comments are most useful when read alongside the actual villa arrangement, rather than as a general promise about every stay. Separate bedrooms only provide the expected comfort when their bed types and cooling suit the people using them.
Piman Pu is especially worth considering if the northern island setting, garden and choice of villa sizes fit your plans. The two details to weigh are unusually concrete: how the tide affects beach swimming, and whether a fan-cooled bedroom suits your group. Both can matter more than a broad description of the property as beachfront.
